Our support team will be always there to assist you from the order date to the receiving date. Please, advise us within 48 hours of the delivery date about any problem with the merchandise. If what's ordered is what's shipped, in all good conditions, the merchandise cannot be returned. Stemming from shipping damages and manufacturing defects, returns must be approved by Store Management before taking place.. Do not discard or damage the package/box in which the merchandise came in, as it must be returned the same way, in the same package/box for exchange. Such a return must be done or postmarked within 5 days of the delivery date in order to be honored, because we are bound by the policy of the manufacturer. At the same time we'll make arrangement with you for a drop-off or for a store pick-up, depending on the situation.
